Refund policy

If your item isn't quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing our customer service team at hello@balcini.com. We strive to make your return experience as seamless as possible.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Items must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other marks
  • All original packaging must be included
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date

Return Process:

  1. Email hello@balcini.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
  3. If approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method

Holiday Return Policy: For purchases made between November 27th, 2024 to December 22nd, 2024, the return window is extended until January 5th, 2025 (excluding final sale items).

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Final sale items (items discounted 40% or more)
  • Used, worn, or altered items
  • Items without original tags
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

Important Notes:

  • We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please place a new order
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • International returns are accepted but may take longer to process
  • Items received in an unacceptable condition will be returned to sender
